Concessionaire.

- Drafted the Biomass Energy Purchase Agreement as per Government Notifications for a
Development,
Design, Construct, Own and Operate of biomass fuel-based power generating facility (25
MW), in
Maharashtra, India
- Vetted the RFP for Civil Buildings Works for the Dedicated Freight Corridor
Corporation.
Vetted RFP and the draft concession agreement for the Jaipur Ring Road Section Project for the
