U Chandrakanth Nayak is partner at MV Kini Law Firm. He heads- NCLT & Banking division from Mumbai Office. He is currently looking after NCLT & NCLAT matters on behalf of all banks/FIs both in Private Sector as well as Public Sector. In addition, he is also catering to the needs our corporate clients who need our services in NCLT & NCLAT matters. He is also heading a full-fledged exclusive team looking after preparation & vetting of all sorts of documents.
Before joining MVKini Law firm, Mr Nayak had put 39 years of long service in erstwhile Corporation Bank [now union Bank of India] and retired from the service of the Bank in the year 2019 as a General Manager.
Mr Nayak during his long service in corporation bank headed various branches, regional offices, zonal offices and circle offices spread across the country. He also served as a head of Bank’s Domestic Treasury and International Banking Division. The credit dispensation and loan recovery was his core area of operations while he was in corporation bank. Mr Nayak holds LLB degree from Mangalore University and a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
