Represented leading aviation company in the High Court of Bombay when its pilots called a strike due to the SAARS epidemic and the High Court rejected the pilots' claims.
Represented a power distribution company when its transport division employees called a mass strike preventing the company from plying its buses. The strike was declared illegal.
Represented an MNC before the State Advisory Board in proceedings relating to the prohibition of employment under Contract Labour Act.
Vetted a trade association's employee handbook from an Indian Law perspective. Conducted due diligence on the Indian subsidiary of a multinational bank with employees in Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia and South Africa which included Labour and HR issues.
