Neetica is partner at our Delhi office with over 16 years of diverse experience in the field of litigation and dispute resolution. She holds an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and an LL.B. (Hons.) from Maharishi Dayanand University.
She plays a key role in leading complex litigation and arbitration matters. Her practice focuses on mainstream civil and commercial litigation. Neetica is widely recognised for her strategic approach to resolve disputes through both court proceedings and arbitration. She has extensive experience of handling contractual and commercial disputes, civil suits, land acquisition matters, and employment/service-related litigation, among others.
Over the years, she has successfully represented several government bodies in landmark cases before the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court, various Arbitral Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities across the country, contributing significantly to the firm’s strong track record in public sector litigation. Her client base includes government organisations, public sector undertakings, and private entities. Neetica has been instrumental in handling high-stakes and precedent-setting matters, particularly in the public infrastructure and services sectors.
Neetica also provides strategic advisory to clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including breach of contract, land and property disputes, regulatory compliance, and service law.
