Gautambala is Principal Associate at M.V. Kini, with an additional postgraduate degree in Human Rights from Mumbai University. She brings along wealth of experience across a spectrum of legal domains, including environmental law, aviation law, contract law, and property law.
This is the second term of Gautambala at the form. She joined MV Kini first in 2009 for a period of 3 years till 2012 and rejoined the firm in 2020. Gautambala has also served as Standing Counsel for the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) at the Bombay High Court for two terms from 2000 to 2009 and from 2013 to 2017. She also held a brief tenure as a Law Officer in the Environment Department of the Government of Maharashtra from 2018 to 2019, further strengthening her expertise in regulatory frameworks and litigation.
