  Mr. Muralidhar Khadilkar is an Advocate practicing in the High Court at Bombay and is a registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney. He has vast experience in the field of filing and prosecution of applications for registering various kinds of Intellectual Property Rights and various laws relating to his core area of expertise. He has filed more than 500 applications for registration of Patents and Trade Marks and due to his long standing in the field of IPR, he is well acquainted with the procedural aspects concerned with IPR. He looks after filing, prosecution and IPR management and consultancy and also IPR prosecutions, opposition and Litigations. He also looks after the drafting of IPR related conveyancing such as deed of assignments, licensing, Technology Transfer. He assists our clients in combating piracy and counterfeiting. He is actively involved in generating IPR awareness.

  Mr. Alankar Kirpekar is an Advocate practicing in High Court at Bombay and is a Registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney. He is experienced in the field of Litigation and enforcement activities relating to Intellectual Property Rights. His array of competency includes formulating offensive and defensive strategies for protecting & enforcing various intellectual property rights. He has successfully handled several IPR litigations in almost all High Courts and Supreme Court of India. He looks after the IPR prosecutions, opposition and Litigations. He also looks after the drafting of IPR related conveyancing such as deed of assignments, licensing, Technology Transfer.

  Krishnan Venkataraman obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master of Science diploma in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA, before joining the legal profession. He is currently dealing with techno-legal issues in Engineering Contracts as well as intellectual property rights issues.
