Ravi Kini has
completed his LL.M. degree in International Finance at the University of
Georgia, U.S.A.. He is specialised in drafting, negotiating and vetting of
commercial contracts, Build, Operate and Transfer agreements, derivative
contracts, and
supervising legal audits. He has been involved in international
negotiations on behalf of the Government of India pertaining to foreign
investment in the Road sector. He represents government and private
airlines in negotiating contracts and advises them on regulatory
compliances in India.
S.P. Bhatia brings
with him over 20 years of legal experience. He has extensive expertise in
assisting international companies in their investments in India, the
setting up of foreign entities in India, including Export Oriented Units,
as well as the establishment in Special Economic Zones,
preparing/obtaining clearances from various government authorities. He
advises clients on FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations
including foreign collaborations, Foreign Direct Investment, and External
Commercial Borrowing.
Sumit Gupta
specialises in issues arising out of tenders and contracts in the
infrastructure sector, in particular bid documents, particular conditions
of contracts, and BOT agreements. He deals with contracts for the
software, information technology and business process outsourcing sectors,
including commercial, distribution, confidentiality and employment
agreements. He offers legal advise on commercial documentation issues.
Els Reynaers-Kini
obtained her LL.B. degree at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, as
well as the University of Delhi, India, and completed her LL.M. degree
from the University of Georgia, U.S.A. She worked as a lawyer on energy
and environment-related issues in Brussels, Belgium and Chicago, USA. She
offers legal advise on WTO law, public international law, EU law,
intellectual property law and Environmental law.
Sachin Jain obtained
his LL.B. Degree from the Indraprastha University, Delhi and is a Member
of Bar Council of Delhi. He has experience in handling Corporate issues
arising out of tenders and contracts in the infrastructure sector, in
particular bid documents and BOT agreements. He was involved in the
drafting/ vetting of the Master Agreement on BOT (Operate and Maintenance)
and BOT (Annuity) for the National Highways Authority of India. He also
deals with contracts relating to commercial, distribution, confidentiality
and employment agreements. He has advised and assisted many Indian and
International clients on setting up of a branch office, liaison office or
a company in India, obtaining the necessary registrations and approvals
for the same. He is currently involved in providing legal consultancy
services to the Airports Authority of India for the City Side Development
of the four non-metro airports - Amritsar, Udaipur, Trichi and Vizag.
