For instance, our firm has assisted a US based Hedge Fund in obtaining the approval from the Securities and exchange Board of India (SEBI) for operating as a Foreign Institutional Investor (FII).

Our firm has been retained as legal advisor for the Private Placement of Innovative Perpetual Debt Issue (Series I) of Rs. 244 Crores (about 61 million USD) for a leading Bank.

Our firm vets, on yearly basis, the Memorandum of Private Placement of Non-Convertible Redeemable Taxable Bonds (with benefits under section 54EC of Income Tax Act, 1961 for Long Term Capital Gains) for a statutory body.
